As a part of two days trip organised by Ecoaction in collaboration with Arnika on sustainable agriculture, a tour to small farms throughout Kiev Oblast took place. See the full agenda below or in the attachement and photogallery from the day. Participants had a chance to visit family farms in Kiev Oblast guided by “Tour de Farm” company. Together they shared stories of a success enforcing the idea of sustainable rural development.

September 11, 2017
8:00 Departure from “Ukraine” hotel
9:00-10:30 Visiting Bobrytsya art village. Meeting the village council administration and a presentation about village renovation and its further development.
11:00-12:00 Meeting with an organic family farm and visiting a poultry farm in the village of Zabirya.
13:00-14:00 Lunch at an organic bio-restaurant in the village of Mytnytsia.
15:30-16:30 A tour and fruit tasting in a Mur garden with a 200 years old history in Bila Tserkva.
17:00-18:00 A tour to a goat farm and a small cheese making plant. Cheese tasting on a “Dooobra farm”, a small family farm (Tasty Farm).
19:30 Return to hotel
