A memorandum on cooperation with the leading educational institution of the Kropyvnytskyi Region was signed

On January 21, the Central Ukrainian National Technical University signed a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation with the international project “Clean Air for Ukraine”. TSUNTU has already started air quality research thanks to the innovative equipment it received.

“Today we have an important breakthrough in the field of environmental projects – we are joining the project “Clean Air for Ukraine”. The quality of the environment, the cleanliness of the air is the key to the health of each person and the state of society as a whole. Therefore, research in the field of ecology is extremely important for the city and the country, – noted at the ceremony Volodymyr Kropivny, rector of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University, academician of the International Personnel Academy, honored worker of education of Ukraine. – The signing of the Memorandum will give us the opportunity to expand research in the city of Kropyvnytskyi with the help of modern equipment, which is given to us by partners. We have an opportunity to attract students and scientists. We hope to receive new valuable scientific results and practical recommendations. This will make it possible to implement projects to further improve the state of the environment in the region. We will apply maximum scientific and educational efforts to the implementation of this wonderful and interesting project.”

The signing of the memorandum on cooperation provides new opportunities for the development of international cooperation, as analyzed by Oleksandr Levchenko, vice-rector for scientific work, doctor of economic sciences, professor, academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine.

Representatives of the city council and regional state administration took part in the ceremony, praising the prospects of cooperation between the Central Ukrainian National Technical University and the international project “Clean Air for Ukraine” in improving environmental safety in the Kirovohrad Region and the country.

The Clean Air for Ukraine project is implemented with the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic as part of the TRANSITION Promotion Program and the National Endowment for Democracy (NED, USA).
